Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Create and develop innovative menus that meet the needs of our customers
- Oversee inventory management and ensure proper stock levels
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments, such as the banquet and dietary departments, to meet customer demands
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new cooking techniques

Experience:
- Proven experience in kitchen management and food preparation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent knowledge of culinary arts and various cooking techniques
- Experience in menu planning and development
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
